Here is a quick guide to help you have a great time during your stay with us.

 

Reservation and Booking

  • Booking
    Full payment of the room rate is needed to confirm your booking.

  • Cancellation and Rebooking
    Siama Hotel is not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes. Any changes regarding the date, room category, or duration of your stay will require you to rebook your stay with us at the hotel.

    If you need to change or cancel your reservation, a minimum of 7 days notice before 2 pm of your check-in date is required to obtain credit wherein you may re-book your stay, subject to room availability (credit is NON-refundable).

    If you need to change or move your reservation for whatever reason and notify us less than 5 days before 2 pm of your check-in date, 100% of your reservation deposit will be forfeited and you will have to pay for your revised booking in full. For rebooking done between 5-7 days before 2pm of your check-in date, you will retain 50% of your reservation deposit as credit to be used for rebooking your stay.

    Credit must be used within 3 months of the date of the original booking.

  • No Show
    Failure to check-in within 24hrs of the scheduled arrival date and time shall forfeit their booking.
    There will be no refunds for late arrivals, early departures, shortening of stays, or no shows.

  • By booking a room, guests are considered to be in agreement with Siama Hotel’s Terms and Conditions and are expected to comply with our house rules.


Check-in and Check-out

  • Valid identification is required upon check-in.

  • Guests may check-in their room from 2pm and check-out until 12pm.

  • Early check-in and late check-out is available depending on room availability.

    • Early check-in charge is 200/hr per room and late check-out charge is 300/hr per room. After 6pm, late check out charge is 100% of the room rate.

  • You may settle any outstanding balance at the Front Desk prior to checking out.


Guest Policies

  • Children
    Children 6 years old and below are free of charge when sharing the room with registered guests (adults) and no extra mattress is required. There is a maximum of 2 children sharing with adults in a room. Children 7 years old and above will be charged accordingly. As parents, guardians, or chaperones of children, you are personally and legally responsible for them and must supervise them at all times.

  • Pets
    Small pets are allowed and must be properly managed by their owner to avoid disturbance to other guests. Damage to property and persons caused by the pet is the responsibility of the pet owner. View our Pet Policy here.

  • Smoking
    Please use the designated smoking areas within the hotel, with courtesy to other guests. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the guest rooms. Guests who are found smoking inside their hotel room will be subject to a 2,500 cleaning fee.

  • Noise and Loud Music
    We want all our guests to have good rest. Please keep the noise down between 11 pm and 7 am. Blasting of loud music is discouraged as a courtesy to all guests.

  • Personal Belongings
    Siama Hotel assumes no responsibility for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings. If you discover that you have left something of value to you, please contact us and we will assist you in locating your lost item.

  • Right to Refuse Service
    Siama Hotel reserves the right to refuse further hospitality to guests who neglect the house rules or those who do not abide by the reasonable standards and policies established by Philippine law and Siama Hotel for the operation and management of the hotel.


Food Service

  • Complimentary Breakfast is served from 7am to 10am.

  • Lunch* is served 12nn to 2pm.

  • Dinner* is served 6pm to 9pm.

*Prior arrangements must be made for lunch or dinner. Kindly inform the front desk ahead of time (at least 2 hours prior) if you are dining with us.

  • Ordering in food and drinks from outside the hotel is discouraged and corkage fees will apply as determined by the hotel.

On Site

  • Entertainment

    • While Wi-Fi is available in the guest rooms and common areas, here at Siama we encourage guests to disconnect from the digital and reconnect with the natural.

    • Board games are available at the dining lounge and may not be taken to the guest rooms or elsewhere. If you do play, take good care of the games to ensure that all guests may enjoy them now and in the future.

  • Swimming Pool

    • Checked-in guests may enjoy our modern forest pool from sunrise until 8pm.

    • You may request for pool towels at the Front Desk or from the Housekeeping Staff.

    • Guests must use the proper swimming attire (no t-shirts or fabrics not intended for swimming, as they may affect water cleanliness).

    • We encourage guests to rinse in the outdoor shower before swimming.

    • Eating and drinking in the pool is not permitted.

    • Blasting of loud music is discouraged as a courtesy to all guests.

    • Safety & Precautions

      • The pool is designed with 3 different depths: 1 foot, 2 feet, and 4 feet. Diving is not safe in these depths.

      • Please ensure that infants and children are always supervised by adults.

      • Refrain from running and horseplay in and around the pool area.

      • Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool, as much as we want them to have fun too.

      • The hotel will not be liable for any accidents caused by failure to comply with pool regulations.

  • Parking
    There is on-site parking available. We advise guests to be cautious of parking near or under coconut trees. Siama Hotel shall not assume liability for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked in or near the hotel property.

  • Surroundings

    • Siama embraces its natural surroundings, but we encourage all guests to be mindful of flora and fauna in the area.

      • As we are located within a coconut plantation, we advise you to walk carefully when near coconut trees as their fruit or their leaves may fall.

      • Insects and wild animals (monitor lizards, snakes, geckos, etc) may be found in the area so please be careful when walking around. It is also advisable to put on insect repellant for protection.

  • Power Interruption
    There may be occasional power outages due to unforeseen circumstances. During power interruptions, we will have the electricity running from the on-site generator as soon as possible.


Room Policies

Only checked-in guests may stay in the rooms.

Using the rooms for purposes other than lodging, including in-room parties, is strictly prohibited. As a courtesy to other guests, please keep the noise level to a minimum.

  • Room key
    One key card is issued per room. Your key card operates the electricity in your room. Simply insert the key card into the slot located by the entrance. For rooms not operated with a key card, you may access your rooms using the key provided. Please return the room keys to the Front Desk upon check-out.

  • Extra mattress
    Extra mattresses may be requested depending on what can comfortably fit a room as prescribed by the hotel.

  • Beddings
    Beddings are changed every 3 days. Should you wish to have your beddings changed sooner, kindly inform the Front Desk or the Housekeeping Staff.

  • Bath towels
    We hope our guests will assist us in decreasing our environmental impact and water consumption by reusing towels as much as possible. Kindly hang your towel on the rack to reuse, or leave it folded by the sink and we will replace them for you. Towels may not be brought out of the hotel.

  • Room cleanliness
    The cleanliness of our rooms is very important to us and our guests. In-room dining is not allowed to avoid infestation. Any snacks brought into the room must be properly stored. Guests may request to have their meals set up in any of our outdoor patio tables for a bespoke experience.


Safety

  • Prohibitions
    The following items are not permitted in the premises of the hotel:

    • Gunpowder, explosive materials, flammables, or dangerous chemicals

    • Weapons, drugs, and unregistered firearms

  • In Case of Emergency
    Please notify the Front Desk or hotel staff in the event of an emergency. In case of fire, please follow instructions from the evacuation plan provided in your room.


Damage Policies

  • Damages and/or Theft of Hotel Property
    Guests are liable for any damage howsoever made (deliberate, negligent, or reckless act) to the hotel premises and property caused by you or any person in your party. Siama Hotel reserves the right to charge guests for damage incurred during their stay. We will make every effort to rectify any damages internally before contacting a specialist for any repairs to keep costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.

  • Damages to Rooms
    Guests are liable for any damages made in the guest rooms beyond its normal wear and tear. This includes, but is not limited to, negligently or intentionally causing damage by misusing the guest rooms. You will be charged for any damages or loss to the hotel’s furniture, fixtures, or equipment caused by you or any person in your party.


Force Majeure

It is hereby agreed and understood that the hotel is not liable for any and all damages or disruption due to acts of God, government authority, disaster, declared war, acts of terrorism, or other unforeseeable or unavoidable events beyond our control, which make the delivery of our services commercially impracticable, illegal or impossible to perform.


Siama Hotel reserves the right to modify, cancel, or add to these hotel policies and house rules without prior notice.
